Pastor Kyle Conley came to Pioneer Baptist Church in June of 2009. Pastor Conley has an intense burden for the unsaved and a great love for the local church. To that effect, he believes that all aspects of the ministry share two common goals- the evangelism of the lost and the edification/ equipping of the believer.

With the motto, "Reach people where they're at, love them for who they are, and see in them what God intends them to be", Pastor Conley desires to minister to people whatever phase of life they are in.

Born and raised in Kentucky, he met his wife Leah while attending Bible college in Santa Clara, CA. Married in July of 2003, they have one daughter, Apple Taylor.
